It is dead simple.  Just drop flex.war into the webapps directory and
boot tomcat.  Thats it.  Done.

Now you can drop your mxml files in place into the flex webapp.  If
you have remote objects/java classes, drop them into WEB-INF/classes
or WEB-INF/lib for jars.
