Not sure; Flash got more and more complex in the amount of markets it went into, so rather than stabilizing, it work got worse.
I've heard of rates from $20/hr; I myself have worked for less on cool as hell projects to the flipside of salaries exceeding 100k. So... no clue, bro. Flex is a lot more straightforward, so easier to price. You either have experience, or don't, you've either done Flex projects or you haven't.
