That's what I was hopping for, For centuries that this kind of contests are only available for a restricted number of users ;) Since there is a problem doing an universal contest why not do it separately ?

It isn't our choice, I assure you. The legal requirements for this kind of contest with prizes are very different country by country and it is very difficult to implement on a global basis.
