this depends :) If you want to use CF remoting, then point to the
flex-enterprise-services.xml on your CF server. If you want to use the
Data Management Services then you have to modify the
flex-enterprise-services.xml AND flex-data-service.xml on your FDS
server. If the FDS lives on a different machine as CF, then of course
you'll have to tell FDS. Also make sure to adjust the Flex integration
settings in the CF Administrator if FDS connects to CF from a different
host.
Check out the sample config in the FDS installation folder (e.g.
C:\fds2\resources\config), this should get you started.
