Delivering Rich Clients with Macromedia Flex 2 by Steven Webster is supposed to be out June 30th. The link is to the Flex 1 book. The new version is not yet on the site. Macromedia Flex Builder 2 Training from the Source by Peach Pit Press is supposed to be out Aug 18th. The Amazon and Barnes & Noble online databases weren't up to date as of last Friday so you will have to ask your local B & N or do a search for them to find these items.
