There is an open source runtime styling framework in development and word that Adobe may be working toward runtime CSS for a future release (perhaps version 2.5 or 3). Please feel free to use the components that I have so far and provide feedback on your specific requirements for run-time CSS. Again, if anyone would like to contribute to this project, feel free to contact me personally.
