Extract Cairngorm to a directory of choice. Open Flex Builder 2.
Right Click on your project in the Navigator Panel at the top left. In the dialog window press on [Flex Build Path]. Select the Library path tab and press the [Add SWC...] button. Navigate to the directory where you extracted Cairngorm and select the Cairngorm.swc file, example <Cairngorm Directory>\bin\Cairngorm.swc. Then press OK.
