Well, so let me clear. If you are talking about the *Data Management* part of FDS that is fine. We just don't (yet) support the ability for CFML code to "call up" to Flex, which is obviously a bit simpler when you are part of the same VM/web app. We do fully support Flex "calling down" to us to manage the Data Set. But if you are talking about the *Messaging* feature of FDS, then ColdFusion would most definitely meet your needs using the Flex Messaging Gateway.
