I installed FDS, following the instructions for Tomcat (copied the WAR files into the webapps folder and restarted Tomcat, then confirmed that the directories were created).
I restarted my box, restarted Tomcat again, opened Flex Builder 2.0, then: 1. File -> New -> Flex Project 2. Selected Flex Data Services and Compile application locally in Flex Builder, clicked Next 3. Deselected "Use default location for local Flex Data Services server" 4. Browsed to C:\tomcat\webapps\flex and selected this folder 5. Clicked "Validate Location" and got the following error: "Invalid server root. Server root must contain a WEB-INF/flex folder." 6. I navigated to C:\tomcat\webapps\flex and confirmed that it does in fact contain a WEB-INF folder, which in turn contains a flex folder. 7. The wizard will not allow me to proceed. The Next and Finish buttons are grayed out; my options are Back and Cancel. Is this a known issue? Is there a workaround? ------------------------ Yahoo!
