[flexcoders] Plugins to Standalone Flex

Hi all,   I've setup the standalone version of Flex and am thinking about loading some other Eclipse plugs into it (like PHP). I'm wondering what kinds of limitations might exist if I do this... or is it better to just install the Flex plug into the full Eclipse version?
