assuming you are on windows, its here C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Temp\ColdFusion Extensions for Flex Builder

Go into Flex builder and Help - Software Updates - Find and Install - search for new features - new archived site

Use the path that I supplied up above and change 'user' to the user that FB was installed under and then select the zip file and then it will install them.
