Is there a way using the PopUpManager (using either createPopUp or addPopUp) to create a new instance of a pop up window and have it layered behind something in the main application (ie a tool bar).
Currently any pop up window gets put into a layer that is above all other contents of the main application. We have looked at adding the toolbars to a "layer" in the system manager... but this seems like a bit of a hack.
