Eclipse has a setting that allows you to tell it to build on save or not.  Look at the workspace settings within general section of the  preferences.  Preferences can be accessed from the window menu.  Make sure you have Build Automatically checked.

Anybody run in to this / know how to fix it? I ran through all of the config screens I could find in Eclipse that relate to Flex, no luck.
