THis is one suggestion just becasue it has happened to me, do you have any XML in your code?
Well, I really mean is this a class or mxml file. If a class, I have noticed that FB2 does not parse some literal XML string correctly all the times. Which then forces FB2 to think it's internal and code hinting stops working.
