The little that you said was all the help I needed thank you. That was a snippet from the fds's file. I cut out
<destination id="ColdFusion">
<channels>
<channel ref="my-cfamf"/>
</channels>
</destination>

and moved it else where and deleted the rest and it fixed my problems.
