The Flex Data Services CRM sample can be configured to use Hibernate. Check out the readme in C:\fds2\jrun4\servers\default\samples\dataservice\crm
and also, there's a readme about setting up hibernate in C:\fds2\resources\hibernate Also try a search in the flex documentation for 'hibernate configuration' that should at least get you started.
