I don't have a Mac, but to me it seems a retrograde step to have separate PC and Mac licences. Other software I have allows usage on either platform and I can easily envisage a situation where developers might be working on PCs on one project then have to switch to a Mac for another company. Yes, I realise that you can develop on a PC then deploy on a Mac, but I've no doubt it will be a PIA for testing.
Why can't the same licence work on any available platform? Does anyone know whether there will be some sort of license exchange available? My charting license worked fine though. I bought the Windows version to bridge the gap until the OS X version was available. As soon as the Mac beta was out I switched and have not looked back. Don't tell me that I am going to have to fork out another 500 bucks just to be able to work on my operating system of choice... Regards, -bill
