6.0 is really buggy. I recommend 6.1 or 7.0/7.1. 8.0 is also out but not quite "proven" yet.
Other things to look for: 1) don't use anything except wmode=window in the HTML object params. 2) You need to use IE If those don't help, send me a link and I'll take a look.
