[flexcoders] grid header becomes invisible while scroll

Hi All,

I am using a grid with 22 columns all are rendered... the problem, I 
am facing here is that my header becomes invisible when I scroll the 
grid wethr I scroll vertically/ horizontally.......

I couldnt find the solution.. kinldy suggest.....
