I posted eclipse.ini from the eclipse folder. Not sure if/how you can change these for a FlexBuilder (not plug-in) install.

forgot to mention, this file is FlexBuilder.ini in the C:\Program Files\Adobe\Flex Builder 2 directory. not sure what that minheap deal is or does.
