Did you mean "Executing" application? You want to create new components on the fly as your app runs? Have you looked into AddChild? You can create visual components via ActionScript and and add them to a container using AddChild. You can even use the top level application as the container, so the 'start' state could have no components displayed. Additionally, you may want to look at the PopUpManager class.
