Which OS are you on? 

Typically the shared objects are on: 
C:\Documents and Settings\userxyz\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash
Player\#SharedObjects\<some random dir name>

Did you delete the <some random dir name> directory completely? 
Or only the directories inside it?
