yeah. i saw it does that, but the problems you describe are the exact reasons we manage the code ourself. its not that much work doing it yourself and i think you can develop a much more robust system IMO

I've had significant problems with the VideoDisplay component for streaming media. It doesn't always properly open / close connections and in some situations you can get multiple streams playing at the same time.
