[flexcoders] Basic question: Formatting number as Minutes and Seconds

My xml has a value for time = 745.64692403 for each node

I would like to format ths number like this:
mm:ss

I read about a formatSeconds() method but I am not sure how to use it.

Can anyone share a light please?
