How did those values get in there -- did you install them manually, or
were they already there?  If they were already there, what version of
Eclipse are you running?

A raw Eclipse installation, without Flex Builder, does not add Safari
to the list of browsers.  They couldn't get it to work, so they don't
add it to the list at all (see Eclipse bug
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=155908 , logged by me).

Since Eclipse doesn't add it, Flex Builder does.  But here is how Flex
Builder adds it:

Name: Safari
Location: /Applications/Safari.app/Contents/MacOS/Safari
Parameters: (empty)

Try changing it to that, and see if it works.
