[flexcoders] How to tell when dataGrid has finished loading data?

I need to be able to tell when a dataGrid has finished loading data so
my next operation does not give a 'null object' error due to incompletion.

How can I do this in AS3 please?

Couldn't find any events in the docs (yet).
