[flexcoders] FLEX 2 do not support mx:Loader,why?

I do know why flex 2 doesn't work with the following code
  
<mx:Loader  id="loader_1" 
                contentPath="http://localhost/guidelines.swf"; />

other component do the same job?Thanks
