[flexcoders] Lable Courser hand

I trying to make a hand courser when mouse over the Label like this code:

<mx:Label id="myLabel" text="My Label" useHandCursor="true"
buttonMode="true"/>

 

But the hand courser not appear.

 

Plz help me to know what the problem.
