Hi Scott I share in your grieve. I too am experiencing the same issue. I hope this reply will go somewhat to escalting the issue.
I have not attempted to fix this as i am too busy on other cases. I did think about using scrollable popups from flexlib. Its a long shot since they are based on the popup class but its worth a try. Thanks and hope to see a fix and not a work around. Yusuf
