I'm trying to build this upload app but i'm getting an error that there is no way i can handle.

URL: http://XXXXXX.com/default/data/module/my_contacts/upload_contacts.php";; type = "ioError" and the url related exists. I have no idea what's possible can be wrong. Any toughts?
