Removing license.jar means you won't be able to remove the charting watermark if you choose to go Pro.
I'm sure there are holes in license.jar, just like there are holes in any licensing system. We do what we think is reasonable and then trust that most folks will be honorable and pay for their license (or receive a license through otherwise legitimate means).
