You know what, you're right. We had thought about trying to make the distinction in this version but then realized that it complicated the license language a whole lot and didn't think enough people would have a problem paying for their server license to make it worth trying to adjust. I had to go find my old notes to remember this. You cannot imagine how many hours were spent on the license :-)
