[flexcoders] Scrolling - Firefox 2/3 vs IE

I don't have a simple test case to share yet, but we are seeing
scrollbars (not at the application level) which appear as desired on
Firefox 2, but not on Firefox 3 or IE.
Anyone else run into any such anomalies?
