It's closed-source at the moment since it was built specifically for a client project I'm working on right now, but I'm seeing if I can get permission to release the source back to the community. It's a really handy component, and makes a nice addition to the current Flex component offerings. While I can't share the source, if anyone has any questions in general about how to go about implementing something like this, I'll be happy to point you in the right direction when I can.
