Hi Luc, You probably don't want to use mGTD (or any GTD system) on a per project basis. Put all your stuff for all your projects into one GTD system -- including your home improvements etc :)
MonkeyGTD has a nice Realm system that let's you separate your projects from each other. So I guess that means you should keep your project reference material in a separate TW. MORE is awesome for that.
