Ola pessoal Para quem tiver este tipo de erro a unica solução que eu achei foi a desintalação do Flash Builder antigo parece que ele quer instalar no mesmo lugar. Ele não fas um upgrade deve ser por causa que ele ainda em beta, esperamos que futuramente este tipo de problema seja resolvido pela Adobe.
