SVN is back online at a NEW IP ADDRESS.
The new IP address is: 64.245.179.219
Before you can update your local working directory, you'll need to
'relocate' it to look at the new IP address, and you do that with the
SVN 'relocate' command by following these instructions:

For access to repositories for which you do not already have local
working directories, just use the same url as before -- but substitute
this new IP address (64.245.179.219) for the old one.
