The symptom is that it will work fine for a while and then power output will stop until you power off/on the radio. It looks like PowerSDR is still working ok but there is no output. Engineering has reproduced the issue and found that the DDS has stopped running. This points to a bug in the FLEX-3000 firmware induced by CW improvements made a few weeks ago. It does not show up in the FLEX-5000. We think the problem is mainly on CW and not other modes.
Once again this is only in the alpha code and will be fixed before we release PowerSDR 2.0 to beta.
