Clay: Another thought... Are you running the FLEX-5000 and the FLEX-1500 on the same computer at different times?
Have you tried resetting the data base before running the FLEX-1500? You may or may not want to save a copy before resetting. The multiple database management feature on PowerSDR 2.0.5 is not implemented yet, so, it is not recommended for running the FLEX-5000, even though it will control the radio just fine, but running both radios without resetting the (single) database will result in cross-contamination of the database information. Does this perhaps have something to do with your problem? --- Graham == On Sun, Jul 11, 2010 at 1:33 PM, Graham Haddock <[email protected]>wrote: > Hi Clay: > > We have another report from Europe on the BugTracker that the noise > blankers and the > automatic notch filters were not working on a FLEX-1500. > > They work fine on my FLEX-1500, here at home, and any of the BetaTest units > in the field, > that I am aware of. > > So, current status on those bug reports is "Not Reproducible." > > But something is going on. > > So, what OS, Computer, Sound Card Drivers are you using? > Anything else you can think of that of that might help us see or reproduce > the problem? > > Thanks, > --- Graham > > == > > > On Sun, Jul 11, 2010 at 1:21 PM, Clay W7CE <[email protected]> wrote: > >> I did an A/B comparison today of the noise blanker on the 1500 vs. my >> 5000A.
