Here's the lash up
Home brew box (The best on sale parts that Fry's can supply.....LOL)
Windows XP
4 GB Memory
AMD Phenom II 550 on Asutek M3A78 MB
GTS 250 512Mb Video, DVI outputs on both Primary and Secondary monitor

About 7 different "windows" open at one time...various programs running, hey XP
is supposed to be multi tasking.

Monitors run as Dualview.

I'm tweaking a few settings with NVIDIA control panel, see if that makes a
difference.

Are you using DVI or HDMI interfaces on the monitors (or that
old VAG stuff)?

Yea been there, done that, I always try that trick first.

PowerSDR running. On the other monitor I've got HRD running. Both monitors are
21 inch LCD's in 1660 by 1050 mode, 32 bit on main and 24 bit color on
secondary screen where HRD is running.

to pause and the refresh with the HRD main screen blanking to white for a
second or so and then coming back to display normally.
