I just got home after doing some repairs at daughters house.
Flex and Winwarbler were running the entire time I was gone.
I tried a start and of course experienced a delay.
I shut down WinWarbler, and then restarted it.
Waited a few moments till all was settled with dozens of signals in the
display.
A shutdown/restart of WinWarbler DID NOT reset.
The delay was still there, in the same length as it was before the shutdown.
I don't have fldgi, but will give it a try just as an experiment.
Open to more suggestions...
