I'm not sure what the latest PowerSDR 1.x version is but 1.18.5 runs fine here on win7-64 ultimate if a couple of bugs in the software are fixed. There is a bug with the wheel mouse code, and with a level set function that expects an old version of the Delta 44 driver. Too bad these fixes could not be folded back into the source they are so easy.
It works with the USB adapter or a cheap parallel IO card and the M-Audio Delta 44.
