"Does that sound feasible?" It is more than feasible. You can do that exact thing. I routinely run the FLEX-3000 and FLEX-1500 simultaneously on the same PC (Win7 x64) from the same PowerSDR application folder (multiple instances). There is no technical reason you can't add a SDR-1000 or SoftRock to the mix as well since there isn't a driver enumeration issue with those legacy type SDRs that exists with multiple firmware or USB based SDRs, which is the reason for the caveat below.
