Yes there was the exclamation mark on one of the USB Audio Device.

How do you handle the 5K and the 3K - use the same database?

Subject: [FlexEdge] Announcing PowerSDR(TM) public beta release, v2.0.16

I installed the latest version on my 1500 without issue and the 1500 is working just
fine, however, when I powered up the 3K or the 5K and checked the status I was given the
following message "No Devices Found" which indicates the firewire is not
working now.

[Tim] Yes, that is the case. When you installed PowerSDR v2.0.16 did the
installer install a Firewire driver? If so the driver may not have installed
properly.
With PowerSDR off and all but one FLEX-x000 connected and powered up, look in
the Windows Device Manager. Open up the Sound Devices. DO you see the FLEX
with an exclamation mark indicating a failed driver install? If so you need to
do a manual driver install. I can provide the steps if this is the case.

Strange, the last time I used either the 3K or 5K I had no issues. I tired
searching the KB but obviously I am not putting in the correct words to search
on.
Any thoughts?

[Tim] Usually beta software doesn't get articles in the KB; only production
software. And the release just came out last night too :-)

Second question. Is there documentation where the new files are stored for v
2,0,16?

[Tim] %APPDATA%\FlexRadio Systems\PowerSDR v2.0.16

If I want to switch between the 5K and the 3K should I setup separate folders
or is that not an issue?

[Tim] Separate folders are not necessary. But you cannot have both radios
powered u p and connected to the same PC at the same time.
