Well, that is the purpose of the wiki. (http://FlexRadioWiki.com) There is a
section there for JT65 HF. Just go to that page, go to the bottom, click on
'EditText', and paste your text in there.

The only problem is that there is no way to add pictures to the wiki right
now (that I know of -- Neal?). You could only put your text instructions
there.

One other suggestion -- convert your document to pdf. If you can't or don't
know how, let me know and I will do it for you.

The problem with a word file is that they are often used to send viruses and
also it assumes that someone has purchased Word. Making it into a Portable
Document Format (PDF) is both safer and more universal.
