A bit off topic MAYBE....
My F5K was working with my Gateway Win7 laptop the last time that I used
it.. (F5K still works fine on the desktop )
Now it seems that there is no firewire between the two.. There is no
sound from the laptop when the F5K is turned on/off, firewire
plugged/unplugged.. also no sound when the express card firewire
adapter is inserted into the laptop... can not find the firewire adapter
in the Device Manager... ( but what exactly should if find in device
manage if the express card is working ?? )
Wish I had another laptop or express card to try...
Any ideas..
