The RX image reject only comes up the first time if needed..   The one time
optimization only comes up the first time on a new install.   I take it that
the black command window went through it's procedure, but the RX Image
reject is the one that actually failed.  You did not say which radio you
have,  but for the 3000/5000 here is the procedure.

Remove all antennas,  if you have a dummy load, it would be good to connect
to antenna 1.  With the Console up, click start,   then do a   crtl + Shift
+ P   on the keyboard,  then in the Production Menu,  click the RX Image
button on the left side,  let it complete all bands and write it's data to
the EEPROM.

Once the test is completed and written to the EEPROM,  close the menu,  and
close down PowerSDR.   Then you can restart.

This should get you working correctly..
