Look in the Transmit profiles for setting the CTCSS parameters

Memories have not been improved yet for FM.  See the release notes, item #2

So is there no way yet of entering tone frequencies? If there is, I haven't 
found it yet. And if I try to save a setting to memory when I'm on 2M FM, I get 
an "unhandled exception" message.
