Could someone please tell me where to find the F5K synthesizer error table?

I don't know of a table, but from the DDS clock rate and the # of bits used for the phase accumulator the actual frequency could be calculated. This will likely not be an exact integer in Hz, rather the nearest binary division. A simple calculation could be put in the form of a spreadsheet for any frequency range of interest. I personally don't have that info, but if someone has the F5K service manual that should be available. Either that, or some kind person from Flex could provide the data, assuming they are still awake after Dayton.

Anyone know where I can get a copy of the PTS160 instruction manual.

I have a hard-copy, not electronic form. I don't have the facility to copy the whole thing, but if you have a specific question I can pdf the relevant bits. If you have the version with the front panel controls then it is really simple, connect the external reference and dial in the frequency you want. If it is one that doesn't have the front panel for local access then the programming via the external port is very straightforward.
