If you have some windows programming skills you could write a little applet 
that would monitor for the chooser loading and then
change its window location on load.    Alternatively....

Is there any way at all to modify the default behavior of the popup radio 
interface chooser?
It comes up in the upper left corner of the monitor and I would like to place 
it where I want it to come up and it remember the
position on subsequent restarts.  Like the lower right hand corner.  Right now 
it's dumb as a brick.
